DPD Guarantee: service for transport of parcels that require special handling. Price of transport: DPD Classic +25%.

CALCULATION OF PRICE OF TRANSPORT:

• One Parcel equals one Shipment. The price of transport is calculated separately for each Parcel. The price is valid if shipping the Parcel from Estonia.
• The maximum permitted weight of one Shipment is 31.5 kg and the maximum permitted dimensions are: sum of the perimeter of the longest side and base is 3.0 m, whereas the length of the longest side cannot exceed 1.75 m. The price is determined on the basis of the Shipment weight and the dimensions as determined by DPD.
• If the Shipment weight and dimensions are outside these requirements, DPD is entitled to return the shipment or add a surcharge of 203.40 EEK to the price of transport. The time of parcel delivery may be extended by 2-3 working days. If the parcel is returned from the Estonian depot of DPD, DPD is entitled to calculate the transport of the shipment according to the Estonian domestic transport price plus a special handling fee of 10%.
• Prices are valid when the consigment is made from Estonia. The price includes the fee for receiving and delivery of the Shipment to the Addressee. When delivering the Shipment from the same zones to Estonia, 93.73 EEK will be added to the price.
• The fee for a Shipment with a double DPD label or from which an earlier DPD waybill has not been removed is 625.86 EEK.
• When delivering a parcel to Norway or Switzerland, the fee for drawing up customs documents in the amount of 266 EEK shall be added. If no customs documents need be drawn up, the fee payable by the Customer will be 312.93 EEK. DPD is not responsible for drawing up customs documentation or the accuracy or sufficiency of information therein, and likewise for the payment of customs duty or VAT. If a representative of DPD has paid a customs duty and VAT on behalf of the Sender and the addressee does not refund this to a representative of DPD, DPD is entitled to request that the Customer pay the claim without delay. Each parcel must include a goods invoice in 5 (five) copies in the document pocket.
•  Prices are valid on the mainland of the country. In the case of delivery to islands and other remote locations, please ask for a price offer from the DPD sales department.
• A fuel surcharge will be added to prices.
• Prices are without value-added tax. Prices are in EEK.

Notes to DPD Guarantee:

•  If DPD fails to deliver the Shipment by the delivery time agreed at the time of consigment, DPD shall, at the Customer’s request, refund the Fee that has been paid for the given Shipment (money-back-guarantee).
• The Customer is obliged to ensure that the Shipment can be delivered to the addressee from 08:00.
• If the timely delivery of the Shipment is not possible, DPD shall immediately inform the Customer of the complication in regard to the delivery. If the Customer does not give further instructions promptly, DPD shall handle the Shipment as a standard Shipment and waive the money-back-guarantee.
