Delivery to all county centres in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania* no later than 10:00 on the working day following dispatchmentof the shipment. Price of transport: DPD CLASSIC +50%.
DPD 12:00
Delivery to all county centres in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania* no later than 12:00 on the working day following dispatchmentof the shipment. Price of transport: DPD CLASSIC +25%.
DPD Private
Adressee of the shipment is a private person. Price of transport: DPD CLASSIC +15%.
DPD SAME DAY
Delivery to large Estonian towns * when shipment is dispatched no later than 18:00 on the same working day. Price of transport: DPD CLASSIC +50%.
Unsuccessful delivery
Consignee not present, wrong address etc. Price of transportation +50%/delivery attempt.

IN-HOUSE DELIVERY: Delivery or reception of a shipment heavier than 31.5 kg. (0.126 cmb). Parcel weight must not exceed 31.5 kg (0,126 cbm), and shipment weight must not exceed 700 kg (2.8 cmb). In buildings without a goods elevator, shipments are delivered up to the fifth floor. Delivery to 1 (one) location.

RETURN OF DOCUMENT: return of document signed and added to the Shipment by the Customer. The price includes transport of the document back to the Customer in Estonia (examples: goods bills, reception and delivery documents, contracts). Note: The customer is responsible for instructing the addressee in regard to appropriate signing. Documents are returned 1, 2, or 4 times a month.

DPD packaging material and accessories:
|
Delivery of packaging material and accessories to the Customer on the basis of a valid price of transport.
|
CULATION OF PRICE OF TRANSPORT:
- One Shipment may consist of several Package Units.The weights of packages will be aggregated (except for shipments marked as Mini / Maxi).
- Up to 31.5 kg. (0,126 cbm.) The price of transport is calculated according to the real weight (kg).
- From 31.5 kg (0,126 cbm.) The price of transport is calculated according to the estimated weight by comparing the real and volume weight of the Shipment and using the higher of the two. The lowest possible height of the pallet is 1.0 m. The height of specially labelled pallet (Fragile. Do not place on top, etc.) is 1.8 m. DPD measures and weighs the parcels. 1 m³=250 kg.
- The price of the transport of a shipment that is outside the permitted limits is calculated according to the weight as shown at the DPD website www.dpd.ee.
- 10% is added to the price of the transport of Shipments that require special handling (metal bars, car batteries, canisters, bumpers, exhaust pipes, items of an unusual shape, items labelled as “Fragile”, Shipments with direction arrows, items that extend beyond the transport package, if the transport package is not attached as required, etc.)
- The fee for a Shipment that has two DPD labels or an unremoved earlier DPD waybill is 9 EUR.
- A fuel surcharge will be added to all prices above
- Prices are without value-added tax. Prices are in EUR
- The price includes a fee for receiving and delivery the goods to the Addressee.
