DOCUMENT RETURN -return of document signed and added to the Shipment by the Customer. The price includes transport of the document back to the Customer in Estonia (examples: goods bills, reception and delivery documents, contracts). Note: The customer is responsible for instructing the addressee in regard to appropriate signing. Documents are returned 1, 2, or 4 times a month.
INNER-BUILDING DELIVERY- Delivery or reception of a shipment heavier than 31.5 kg. (0.126 cmb). Parcel weight must not exceed 31.5 kg (0,126 cbm), and shipment weight must not exceed 700 kg (2.8 cmb). In buildings without a goods elevator, shipments are delivered up to the fifth floor. Delivery to 1 (one) location.
COLLECTION RETURN - Collection at other address than that of the payer’s.
